I love the kind of dessert what can be made super-healthy or food-chomatizingly full of chocolate, according to your mood. The recipe I made this weekend is exactly this kind! If you only sprinkle the oatmeal-base with friuts and decrease the amount or substitute all the sugar with bananas, it can be a fantastic breakfast. Or you can put chocolate chips on it, and it becomes a delicious-gooey dessert, what is mind-blowing with icecream!
Hozzávalók:
1 bögre (80 g) zabpehely
1/2 bögre (80 g) liszt
1/2 bögre (95 g) barna cukor
1/2 teáskanál só
1 teáskanál szódabikarbóna
85 g vaj, felolvasztva
1 banán, összetörve vagy turmixolva
egy fél citrom leve
2 evőkanál kristálycukor, 2 részre osztva
1 bögre apró darabokra vágott alma, elosztva
1 bögre apróra vágott szamóca, elosztva
150 g apróra vágott étcsoki, elosztva
Melegítsük elő a sütőt 170 °C-ra.
Ingredients:
1 cup (80 g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (80 g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (95 g) light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
85 g unsalted butter, melted
1 banana, mashed
juice of half a lemon, divided
2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
1 cup small-diced apple (one bigger apple), divided
1 cup small-diced strawberries, divided
150 g small-diced chocolate, divided
Heat oven to 170 °C. For easy removal, line bottom and sides of a baking pan with parchment paper. Place oats, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl and mix. Pour melted butter over, and stir until clumps form. Set 1/2 cup of this crumble aside. Add the mashed banana to the bowl, mix and press the crumb mixture evenly in the bottom of the pan. Spread half the fruit over the crust. Sprinkle it evenly lemon juice, and granulated sugar, then chocolate. Spread remaining fruit over this, and top with sugar, lemon juice and chocolate. Scatter reserved crumbs over fruit and bake bars for 30 to 40 minutes (firmer fruits will take longer), until fruit is bubbly and crisp portion is golden. Let it cool in the pan and cut into squares. Store leftovers in fridge.
